Refund policy

We're delighted you've chosen our garments for your wardrobe! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following our simple guidelines. However, please remember that the following General Return Conditions apply to all returns: 

  • Return Period: You can return your items within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Condition of Items: All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, complete with tags and all their parts.

  • Excluded Items: Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Costs & Refunds

If your returned product meets the General Return Conditions listed above, Tanticchia will refund you the cost of the returned product, with the following limitations:

  • If the product is damaged or does not meet the General Return Conditions, Tanticchia reserves the right to refuse the refund or adjust the amount to cover any necessary work to restore the garment or its material.

  • The cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. The deducted amount is equivalent to the national and international shipping costs, as shown in the table on the Shipping page.

Return Procedure

Have you purchased a Tanticchia product but changed your mind? Did you get the wrong size? Don't abandon your garment; we're ready to take it back and minimize clothing waste. Follow the return procedure described below.

  • STEP 1: Return Request. Send an email to resi@tanticchia.com, including all the necessary information: reason for the return, your contact details, the order number, and the shipping coordinates, or the option for an in-person drop-off.

  • STEP 2: Return Authorization. You will receive a confirmation email from our customer service to proceed with the return. This email will have the necessary shipping label attached.

  • STEP 3: Product Return. Pack the items securely (you can use the package they arrived in!) and use the return label we provided in the confirmation email. Take the package to an authorized shipping point within 14 business days of receiving the confirmation email.

  • STEP 4: Return Confirmation. Once we receive your return, we will verify that the items meet the General Return Conditions described above. If there are any issues, we will contact you.

  • STEP 5: Refund Issuance. Tanticchia will issue the refund within 14 business days of receiving your product. We will send you a confirmation email of the return and confirm the refund amount.

  • STEP 6: Buy a New Garment. The refund confirmation email will contain a promo code for free shipping on your next order. So hurry to our shop and get a new Tanticchia product right away!
